Agapé Healthcare Partners, L.P. is the Methodist Physicians Alliance malpractice coverage program administrator. Agapé is an independent insurance agency specializing in the risk assessment of a medical practice including medical malpractice, compliance, corporate liability, commercial property, employment practices liability, crime and fraud.

They use various tools to help identify the risks that a practice faces and assist in the transfer of those risks through various insurance products. The primary way to accomplish this is through visual inspection, practice policy and procedures review, contract review and an assessment of current insurance coverage.

When needed, they can help find trusted vendor partners that can assist in the establishment and implementation of programs to address the risks.
